BF Norton PTO

The PTO would like to welcome everyone back to a new school year and a special welcome to our new students and families. Here at B.F. Norton we strive to offer our students educational enrichment activities that include assemblies, field trips, and after school programs, as well as fun social activities and community building projects.

Our PTO's Mission

The B.F. Norton PTO is an organization whose mission is to sponsor and support educational and social enrichment programs and functions; maintain a communication liaison between school administration, teachers, parents and students; and encourage parent participation in school related functions. It seeks to offer support to school administration for academic initiatives, teachers, parents and students; and is responsible for overseeing and organizing all fundraisers.

Please join us for our evening PTO meetings which are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month in the school cafeteria. We do offer child care for our evening meetings. We also communicate very regularly through our Facebook page (B.F. Norton P.T.O), email and through the students backpacks but we strongly encourage our families to join our Facebook page for the most up to date information on school happenings. We are creating a parent directory for those who would like to join it, to make it easier for parents to get in touch with their child's school friends.

Join Us

All are invited to participate in PTO related functions and activities. In fact, in order to achieve these goals we need your help! The PTO welcomes all volunteers and we are open to new ideas. There are many opportunities, big and small, to become involved. Of course, by just participating in our many events and fundraisers, you are supporting your school and your PTO. Please be on the lookout for committee needs and consider joining in your area of interest.
